This 6 × 6 original acrylic painting on gallery-wrapped canvas is inspired by the joyful wildflower gardens I see around the island and by my mom’s garden. When my daughters were younger, they would often create sweet little bouquets from her garden and place them all around her cottage. I have so many happy memories of seeing wildflowers growing freely and watching the garden take on a life of its own.
