Hi all! Thank you so much for stopping by and checking out my artwork. All of my paintings are my own original designs. The reproduction artworks are created using pigment inks on premium exhibition canvas for the highest quality image detail, depth of color, and brilliance. The artwork is coated by hand to give it brush texture and shine to intensify color saturation. Each piece is personally created in my art studio by me, and is signed, numbered and dated on reverse. Because your item is handmade to order, my current shipping time is 3-5 business days.
HOW DO I BUY AN ORIGINAL?
I create as many paintings as possible and will release them in collections a few times per year. This will be well advertised before hand via social media (check out my Instagram: michellebrunnerart)
We do not refund for items delivered after their expected delivery date. All transit and delivery times are just estimates.
It is YOUR responsibility to correctly indicate the shipping address for your order AT CHECKOUT. We often ship within 24 hours of the receipt of an order and we will ship to the address provided at the time of checkout. We cannot be responsible for additional shipping costs required for returned, rerouted or misdelivered items due to incorrect addresses being provided at checkout.
We reserve the right to ship via the method we choose to ensure timely and safe delivery of your shipment(s). Our primary shipping methods are 1. UPS and 2. USPS. A PHYSICAL ADDRESS MAY BE REQUIRED (no P.O. Boxes) for delivery of your order.
Most of our giclee prints ship within 1 to 3 business days following receipt of the order. Our prints shipped via first-class mail and typically require 4-7 business days to arrive following their pickup date, and they may require up to a total of 10 business days transit time. If you need your item earlier than this, it is your responsibility to select an appropriate shipping method upgrade.
To accurately calculate when your item will ship, simply count 2-4 business days beginning on the next business day, and not including weekends or bank holidays. Your item will ship by the 4th business day, but most likely several days before.
When your item ships, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided. Please monitor your bulk/spam folder as these notifications sometimes arrive there. Our shippers will use that information to send your item, not your Paypal info.
Once your item is shipped, it should arrive within the timelines specified by USPS or UPS. We cannot be responsible for delays in transit time caused by adverse weather conditions, missed hub pickups or failed delivery attempts.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
From Dec 1 to Dec 25, orders go to production instantly. Cancellations are not accepted at any time after the order is received. Please review all details of the order and be certain you wish to place the order prior to submitting it. If your shipping information is incorrect, it is not necessary to cancel. Simply contact us with a correct address. If you ordered a wrong size or format, simply contact us and we'll arrange an item exchange if the artwork hasn't been printed already.
Due to the nature of my artwork, all orders are non-refundable upon receipt of the order. By ordering and submitting payment, you agree to these terms. If items are damaged in transit, an insurance claim will be filed to recoup the costs of the piece(s) and they will be replaced. For items cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, a shop credit will be issued, less 15% restock charge.
If you are unhappy with the quality of the piece, please contact me immediately. I will be happy to work with you to reach a satisfactory resolution which includes a replacement or shop credit upon return of the artwork, less original shipping charges.
If an item arrives damaged, we will repair the item in a timely fashion, and will reship to the original shipping address. You must report damaged or missing items in an order within 24 hours of delivery.
YOU MAY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING DUTIES/TAXES ON YOUR PURCHASES IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THEM. These charges are applied by your government/postal system.
